Nicky has 15 years' experience of managing corporate responsibility in global companies. She is recognised for her knowledge and insight across a range of business sectors spanning retail, fashion, FMCG, telecommunications, construction and financial services. As Head of Corporate Responsibility for The Body Shop International, Nicky was involved in pioneering work around supply chain development, sustainable sourcing, CR reporting, and social campaigning. in 1994 she was involved in the development of the first ever combined social, environmental and ethical report for a PLC. She also moved the company to on-line reporting and introduced and innovative "stakeholder lens" approach which adapted the style and content of reporting to specific audiences. Her client list includes a wide range of companies, governmental bodies and not for profit organisations.

Richard has 18 years’ experience of environmental management in the private sector. Since graduating from Cambridge University in Physics and Computing, Richard has spent most of his career working in the environmental field for Cambridge University, BP, and ERM. He has verified global carbon emissions sixteen times for major international companies including BP, General Utilities, GSK, Severn Trent, Cultor, Danisco and Kesko. He also assists companies to comply with the packaging waste regulations and has helped over 30 companies including John Lewis, House of Fraser, Harvey Nichols, Harrods and Selfridges. He has a broad understanding on CSR issues in business, in addition to being an expert in data modelling.

Chris worked as an economist at the Bank of England on the economies of the Far East before qualifying as a lawyer in Scotland, latterly specialising in Human Rights. He later became involved in aspects of alternative medicine and helped to set up and run the Parliamentary Group for Alternative and Complementary Medicine. Chris works with organisations on the implications and responsibilities of being more in tune with society and the environment, helping them to gain a deep understanding of the impacts and interrelationships of their business and to create true alignment of values, behaviours and business strategies. Working knowledge of Chinese, Spanish.

Graham has worked since 1980 to promote Fair Trade : chairman of the International Federation for Alternative Trade ; founder chair of the European Fair Trade Association and the Fair Trade Foundation ; established Traidcraft Exchange in 1980, General Director 1986-1999. He has been an advisor to both governments and the private sector on CSR: ; advised the Secretary of State for International Development on ethical trading, leading to the formation of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) ; undertook review of the ETI for the UK government. Graham has been CSR adviser to the Commonwealth Business Council, The King Baudouin Foundation in Brussels and British American Tobacco. He is at the forefront of thinking on values based, integrated approaches to Corporate Responsibility.
