The
Reassurance Network was established in 2003 to provide a unique form of assurance
that looks in depth at how organisations define, manage and communicate responsible
business practices, and also how they derive tangible business benefits from doing
so. We use independent review to influence management thinking, to build trust,
develop sustainable strategy and to improve performance.
We have provided assurance and advice to clients
such as Barclays, British Airways, Camelot, EON, Japan Tobacco,
Next, National Australia Bank and STMicroelectronics.
Our
supply chain business has carried out audits and improvement programmes in Europe,
Africa and Asia for clients such as Burberry, Oxfam, Monsoon, Primark and Rohan.
We believe that the most respected and successful companies
of the future will be those who are able to engage with and respond to the ever-changing
expectations of society. In order to do this they need to have enlightened strategies,
progressive cultures, effective management systems, trusted partnerships and finely
tuned communications. We
recognise that identifying improvements in these leading companies is not easy.
This is why all members of our assurance teams have extensive best practice experience.
As a team we use this knowledge to understand fundamental drivers and constraints
so that we can offer opinions that are well founded and recommendations that will
work in practice to bring about positive change.
Our clients tell us that our value comes from our ability
to probe, challenge and understand at a deeper level.
We
